Counter-Notification

If you believe material you posted or that concerns you was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing your identification of the material, its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal court.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right, in appropriate circumstances, to remove or disable access to material and to act against accounts associated with repeat infringement.

Response Time

We aim to process valid, complete takedown notices promptly, typically within a few business days of receipt.
